Welcome to Huntingdon Indoor Bowls Club

Huntingdon indoor Bowls Club is a friendly and sociable club with impressive facilities including a 6 rink indoor bowling green, a well stocked bar with club prices where members and spectators can enjoy watching bowls and a dining room that is used regularly by community and bowling organisations for meetings and workshops.  The dining room is also available for hire to members.

The main indoor bowling season starts in September until April and there is a limited summer season during the summer months for those members who wish to carry on bowling indoors.  The club runs fifteen leagues for bowlers of all abilities and ages in the winter season, holds sessions for social bowlers across weekdays between 10.00 and 22.30 and participates in competitions run by the national, county and London and Southern Counties associations.  We also have facilities for those who are less physically able.

Our membership includes players who have achieved numerous successes in county, national and international competitions including a winner of the World Indoor Singles and World indoor Open Pairs events.

Nick Brett makes a brilliant shot during the World Bowls Tour Pairs Final!

At weekends the club runs a programme of friendly fixtures playing home and away against many clubs in the area.

  • Competition information

  • Club information such as league and competition rules, club rules and league and competition winners.  Hard copies of information will also be available at the club.

The system will also allow members to:

  • Book online for Club Competitions.

We recognise that not all members have on-line access and rink bookings can still be made through the office or at the bar.
